  I felt I should write a review as I currently attend The Academy of Animal Arts. As a student going in and not knowing one thing about grooming dogs to now getting closer to graduating and being confident that I will be a great groomer and start my own business one day says a lot about the school. It is because of the teaching staff and Teri that I have learned what I know and feel confident. Rick may not teach but he knows just as much about dogs and has many words of wisdom to help you as a student or to just boost your confidence. I have learned so much knowledge about dogs beyond grooming, that I am so excited to move forward working with dogs and loving every second of it. I can not compare this school to other schools, this is the only one I know and have attended. But having my business degree and planning to start my own business, I can say I would not hire someone that is associated with anyone that is bad mouthing my competition. I would be concerned for my business as Teri is. I will end my review with my honest opinion, I think that if you love dogs and are capable of putting in the work to learn all that is taught at this school about dogs and grooming, you will love it and do great things. This school does not deserve a bad review over bitterness.
